Brianna is the Founding Director of Girls Leading Girls. She has extensive experience working for nonprofits locally and internationally. Before moving back to California she served two years in the U.S. Peace Corps in Vanuatu, located in the South Pacific. She completed her Master’s degree in International Studies at USF and received her B.S. in Business at Sacramento State University where she played on the NCAA Division I Women’s soccer team. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco teaching International Development. She is the Head Coach of the Women's Varsity Soccer team and program at University High School in S.F. Her goal is to inspire young women around the world to become confident and successful individuals.
Known by many involved with Girls Leading Girls as ‘Coach Bre’, she has been coaching soccer since 2006. She has coached various levels and ages in San Francisco. She played collegiate soccer at Sacramento State University on the NCAA Division I Women’s team. While in the Peace Corps, Bre started the first Women’s regional soccer team in the country of Vanuatu, the women were ages 15-22. The team played in four National tournaments taking 3rd, 2nd, and 1st placements. She currently holds her USSF Coaching “D” license and the NSCAA National Diploma. She is also an active member of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) and still plays co-ed soccer.
